DELTARUNE RELEASE DATE NEWS!!!

     FINALLY!!! FINALLY FINALLY FINALLY!!! THE LIGHT AT THE END OF THE TUNNEL IS IN SIGHT! IT'S WITHIN OUR REACH! AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHH!!!!

    Excuse me. I got a little overexcited. This will be a very short blog post- I can hardly contain my excitement and will be taking the day off of work to celebrate. If it wasn't immediately obvious, after several years of waiting impatiently and being kept in the dark, the release date for DELTARUNE Chapters 3 and 4 was released at a Nintendo Switch unveiling event, which was promoting the upcoming release of the brand new Nintendo Switch 2. I don't even own a Switch, nor do I ever plan on it, but when I heard that DELTARUNE news was released at this event, I quickly tuned in.

    After spending so much time waiting with no end in sight, it felt a little unreal to hear about DELTARUNE having new content drop after 4 years since the last update. While I always knew it would one day happen, the knowledge that in just a few months (June 5!!!) we would be receiving so much new, official content didn't process fully in my brain. For years, I have been part of a community that had grown over several years that was built around two chapters of an incomplete game. The mere idea that we will be getting two new chapters at once, doubling the amount of content we have currently, just feels unreal. I'm sure I'm repeating myself a lot, but honestly, I don't care this time.

    With an end to our waiting in sight, each new day brings me closer to this new game. It's about time that I get more content from this game to focus on, enjoy, and analyze!!

      Hello! I was at a little of a loss for what to write a blog post about this week, but I ended up having a conversation with a friend the other day about Deltarune and it got me thinking about today's topic of discussion, the themes of control and freedom in Deltarune.      As a quick disclaimer before you read this blog post, I am warning you that this is a peek into the absolute insanity that is the Deltarune community. While I am deeply invested in this community and the discourse within it, I need to clarify that I am of somewhat alright mental stability.      Alright.
